Theology Department Chair

THE UNIVERSITY OF PORTLAND in the beautiful Pacific Northwest seeks a scholar at the rank of tenured Professor or Associate Professor to teach and to serve as Chair of the Department of Theology, beginning fall 2014. The successful applicant will be a Roman Catholic with a distinguished record of scholarly work and excellence in undergraduate teaching. She or he will display a notable gift for exercising wise leadership, a clear aptitude for managing personnel and programs, and an informed commitment to the University’s Catholic and Holy Cross mission. Teaching load while Chair is 2/2; specialization within the field of Theology is open.
